Kris Lythgoe

Kristopher was born in to an entertainment family. He is President of Magic Pictures based in Los Angeles. TV credits includes ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ (FOX) ‘Corkscrewed’ (FOX) ‘Who Are You?’ (FOX), ‘On The Nose’ (TVG), ‘My Beautiful Game’ (FOX SPORTS), ‘A Snow White Christmas: Opening Night’ (OVATION). His first love is theatre and he has produced several musicals including FOOTLOOSE, THE WEDDING SINGER, CINDERELLA, SNOW WHITE, ALADDIN and PETER PAN.

Bonnie Lythgoe

Bonnie Lythgoe is an entertainment industry success story. With a career spanning more than 20 years, Bonnie’s achievements as a dancer, choreographer, TV presenter, TV producer and Broadway producer are second to none. Bonnie started her dancing career at the Corona School for Performing Arts. While studying, she won a role in the feature film ‘To Sir With Love’ starring Sidney Poitier. Seven months later she was offered a presenter role on a children’s television series in the UK. Bonnie then auditioned for a BBC dance series called ‘Young Generation’. The choreographer for the series was Nigel Lythgoe who Bonnie later married in 1974. A variety of choreography and directing roles followed including Snow White [London], Seven Brides for Seven Brothers [London], The Best Little Whore House in Texas, The Real Monty, Cinderella, Peter Pan, Aladdin and Royal Variety for HRH Queen Elizabeth. With ongoing success in musical theatre, Bonnie was then approached by the BBC to produce a 100 years of music special. The success of this special led to the BBC asking Bonnie to produce and appear as a judge on a new series called S Club Juniors created by Simon Fuller.After working with Simon Fuller on this series, Bonnie then flew to the United States to join a new Simon Fuller venture – American Idol. Bonnie was a producer on the first three series of American Idol before moving on to a new project – So You Think You Can Dance US where she was judge and producer for the first two series.Bonnie has worked with numerous well known entertainers throughout her career including Gene Kelly, Sammy Davis Junior, Sir Cliff Richard , Victoria Beckham, Dudley Moore, Sidney Poitier, Olivia Newton-John, Black Eyed Peas, Sarah – Duchess of York, Rolf Harris and Jerry Lee Lewis 2009 was a busy year for Bonnie, with another series of SYTYCD AU, as well as directing a variety entertainment show at Kodak Theatre in LA with dancers from So You Think You Can Dance [US], and starring Stevie Wonder. Bonnie also produced a documentary series in the UK, Living a Lie, which is due to air in 2010.

Becky Lythgoe

No stranger to the Theatre and British Panto, she is a BFA Musical Theatre graduate of The University of Michigan and also studied abroad at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. After performing regionally and Off-Broadway in NYC, she went on to executive produce her debut album on Universal Records, BECSTASY. The album garnered 2 number 1 Billboard Dance hits, Becky was named Artist of the Year at the IDMA awards, and her album was one of the top 5 Dance albums in Billboard Magazine for that year. For Magic Pictures Int., she serves as VP of Development for their television department. Her TV credits in front of the camera include guest starring roles on “All Of Us” and “House MD”, and hosting CD:USA for Directv, in which time she had the privilege of interviewing and introducing 100’s of performers and bands from Kelly Clarkson to Mariah Carey, Red Hot Chili Peppers to the Jonas Brothers.From there she became the entertainment and celebrity correspondent for Discovery Planet Green’s “G Word” program. During the first season, the segments that she hosted and produced included interviews with Trudie Styler, about her and Sting‘s work with the Rainforest Foundation Fund, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his work at Green Chimneys and NFL players from the Philadelphia Eagles among others. She also produced and hosted her own entertainment magazine show called Star! Weekly for 3 seasons on E! Scandinavia and with Sprint TV. She has also been a guest commentator for Chelsea Lately!, Good Day LA, and in the UK for BBC 3 and Channel 4.

Michael Orland

Michael is currently the Pianist, Arranger, Vocal Coach and Associate Musical Director for the hit FOX-TV series AMERICAN IDOL. Through this amazing opportunity, Michael has appeared on OPRAH, ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, ACCESS HOLLYWOOD and a record number of appearances on THE ELLEN SHOW. At the end of every IDOL season, Michael also accompanies the top 3 contestants to New York for appearances on REGIS & KELLY, LIVE WITH KELLY & MICHAEL, CBS EARLY SHOW, and concerts on the plaza for THE TODAY SHOW. He has collaborated with music industry giants such as Burt Bacharach, Neil Sedaka, Diane Warren, Elton John, Dolly Parton, Martina McBride, Jennifer Lopez, and Tony Bennett all as a result of American Idol. He also served as a pianist/coach for the successful summer series AMERICA’S GOT TALENT (Seasons 1 & 2) and a few seasons back AMERICAN JUNIORS and has Associate Produced two hit singles (GOD BLESS THE U.S.A. and WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW IS LOVE) for AMERICAN IDOL as well as the hit compilation CD from AMERICAN JUNIORS.
